Melacca Trip Part 2-Jonker Walk

The next stop after Dataran Pahlawan was Jonker Walk...This historical street must be well-known by the local people. It houses a lot of old buildings since British Colonial time....Jonker dessert is one of the member of UNESCO...This is not simply a restaurant but it's also a Maritime Archeology Museum. You could find plenty of antiques being displayed here.

While enjoying the Baba's cuisine, you can have a look at these artifacts.

If you have ever dropped by this museum restaurant, you must try on the Baba's cuisines here.
-Baba Rendang Chicken Mee for only RM3.50....the food here is reasonably priced.Baba Cendol-RM1.70
Having Popiah snack while strolling around Jonker Walk.

Spotted this Nyoya restaurant as we were ambling along the next street...
Traditional Baba and Nyoya hotel....

Reminiscing the good old time...
Some interesting and eye-catching buildings...

Overall, this Melacca one day trip was just awesome with great ancient history, scrumptious food, historical monuments, sunny day(despite sweating all the way...),and great people too....

Melacca Trip Part 1

I was back home right after my mid-term examination...Chia Chean, Gabriel and me went to LCCT on Friday's night and stayed overnight in McD just to wait for the morning flights.

My holiday filled with Hong Kong Drama, family outing and hang out with friends...It was a 7 days holiday thus I didn't feel any tediousness during that time...fun indeed.

After back to KL, Ah Ma(Evon and Minjie) suggested to go somewhere walk around because the weekend after we back from hometown was quite free...Hence, an idea popped out in my mind and I proposed a one day trip Melacca trip. I started to recruit members and luckily 8 boys and 6 girls agreed.

Early in the morning, we made our ways to PUDU and departed from there about 9.30am and reached Melacca Central at 11.30am

Initially, we planned to take the new Panaroma Melaka bus but to no avail because we were told that only 2 buses operating per day and ended up with the domestic bus.

*The Panaroma Bus was spotted amidst our journey.

Or first stop is Mahkota Parade and Dataran Pahlawan.

After that, we have our lunch at Newton Culture Food Village(beside Mahkota Parade).

The next place that we have visited was Menara Taming Sari (revolving tower)
.
Beautiful Becca Rm40 per hour ride.

Architects are sexiest!!!!

What do you think?

Embark on the New Semester

This is the very first week of my new and last semester...visions still have to be accomplished no matter how daunting the pathway is. My attitudes and beliefs should be more optimistic and positive.New Sem New Visions,I vowed to myself I must land my butt in Aussie..haha...my visions for this sem:

1.Achieve a TEE score of 90 above. (I don't need 99.9 for Architecture course...haha)
2.More consistent and discipline in my studies.
3.Get enough sleep every night.
4.No One Utama or loitering in shopping during weekdays.
5.Treat myself with nice and scrumptious meals during weekend.
6.Serious in class in the way it should be.
7.Confine the time sittting in front of lappie for online.
8.Losing some weight and take good care of my appearance...haha...wanna be more macho la....
9. Hanging out with friends and ex-schoolmates more frequently.
10.Farewell friends who are going to fly overseas...I think the first will be Pei Sean on July-India ;Jia Xin on August-Canada and Yeit Hau on September-UK.
11. Lastly, I must post at least once a week on my blog.

Nothing is Impossible;I'm possible!!!

Choon Seong BOLEH!!!!
